The Basement Sanctuary broke ground on our new Arvada home location, which serves as our main office, Spring of 2020.  Our new building offers more space to expand our design center and meeting rooms.  The Arvada location is located at 12650 w 54th Dr Arvada, CO.

The overall goal and purpose for building our new office was to improve our customer experience while visiting our showroom, and to provide substantially more opportunities for our expanding company. The biggest enhancement is a larger showroom, meaning more building material selections to choose from and displays to view. There is even an area for kids to play with games and toys when joining their parents at our showroom. We have also added a conference room with a large-screen TV where you will view 3D renderings and layouts of your basement when working with our designers. To top it all off, we have a larger shop and storage area, which benefits us and our production processes. We are proud to say that we have settled into our new home and everyone here at The Basement Sanctuary is excited for this new chapter.
