In 2008 LinCo Enterprises started as a full-service residential contractor specializing in basement finishing and custom home building. Family-owned and operated, our goal was to provide exceptional service, quality, and innovation for our customers.

Shortly after our inception, The Basement Sanctuary was born. A division of LinCo specializing in only high-quality finishing basement at a fair price.  Our passion is to ensure your project is completed on time, on budget, and, most importantly, something that will make you proud.

We decided early on to create an experience that no other basement company provides.  Our service includes in-home design consultations, full CAD drawings, a comprehensive material list, and a scope of work, all free to our clients.  Every Basement Sanctuary quote is a fixed price, so there is no worry that your project will ever be over budget.

Having offices in Arvada and Centennial, we have made it easy and convenient for customers to visit our locations.  Each location has a full design center where you can customize your basement with new and exciting materials.  No need to pick up or buy materials for your project; let us handle the heavy lifting.
