You will be assigned a project manager who is dedicated to making your basement project run smoothly and will be your main point of contact. There are many considerations that determine the final price of a basement finished project. Finished square footage, final finishes, basement height, room configuration, etc are just some of the factors the determine cost.  Also, bathrooms, wet bars fireplaces and other custom features drive the final price.  After we conduct an in-home inspection and determine your wish list we will provide a locked-in guaranteed price. Most of our basement projects take approximately 8 weeks to complete. Larger basement projects and projects with custom features may take longer.

During the initial visit, we will discuss your needs and wants, talk about design and finishes, and measure the basement to ensure exact quantities of materials needed to complete your basement. Once the quote is complete, we will invite you to our office to review the plan and finishes, so you know exactly what is included in the quote. Adjustments can be made from there. 

No need to wait months to start your project.  Given our resources and procedures we can start almost every project within 30 days.

All workers and materials enter through the basement door or window each day. Larger items may require going through the home. 

  • 25% is due at contract signing
  • 65% is due at the completion of drywall
  • 10% due a completion of project

We have an in-house showroom where all finishes can be selected. If you don’t find the perfect fit, we have serveral other resources available for you.

You will be assigned a project manager that will be responsible for managing day to day operations of your project.
